What does RevHatchly manage?
RevHatchly supports scheduling, clinic-defined payment steps, patient payment reporting, clinic verification, appointment confirmation, eligible recovery, and non-clinical booking administration. It is not an EMR or EHR.
Does RevHatchly process clinic payments?
No. Patients pay the clinic directly using its instructions. RevHatchly records the workflow for clinic review.
Does reporting payment mean it is verified?
No. Reporting tells the clinic that a patient says payment was sent. Authorized clinic staff checks it, and the appointment confirms only after clinic verification.
How does eligible recovery work?
One recovery email may be sent for an eligible incomplete booking. Recovery is not automatic for every booking and does not guarantee completion.
Can RevHatchly support teleconsultations?
Clinics can include consultation details or a clinic-provided link. The actual visit stays on the clinic’s chosen platform.
Who is the Founding Beta for?
The first cohort is for selected Philippine clinics with real booking and payment workflows to test during the six active weeks.
Does the Beta cost anything?
There is no software subscription fee during the active Beta. Setup is assisted; participation and any later continuation are optional.
What happens after the Beta?
You can decide whether to continue. Current planned pricing is ₱1,899/month per clinic/location, with a Founding Clinic price of ₱1,299/month per clinic/location for the first 12 months.
