RevHatchly

Founding Beta · Philippines

A six-week Founding Beta for clinics ready to connect booking, payment, and confirmation.

Selected clinics will use RevHatchly in real appointment and payment workflows and share feedback throughout the six-week Beta.

Patients pay your clinic directly. Your team reviews reported payments and verifies them before confirming the appointment.

Does this sound familiar?

When booking and payment still depend on manual coordination.

A booking request is only the beginning. Patients may still need to confirm availability, ask how to pay, or follow up on a payment. Staff may need to match reported payments to bookings before confirming an appointment.

RevHatchly is designed for clinics that need a clearer way to coordinate these handoffs while keeping control of payment verification.

This Beta may be relevant if your clinic regularly handles any of the following:

  • Patients checking slot availability
  • Patients asking how to pay
  • Deposits, prepayment, or payment before confirmation
  • Patients reporting payment sent
  • Staff following up on incomplete payments
  • Staff matching payments to bookings
  • Booking and payment questions across messages
  • Manual coordination before confirmation

Not every clinic experiences all of these situations. The important question is whether booking intent and payment status need to move together in your workflow.

The workflow

One workflow from appointment selection to confirmation.

The Founding Beta tests how RevHatchly brings booking intent, payment status, clinic review, and confirmation into one clearer administrative workflow.

  1. 01

    Select

The patient selects an available appointment.

  2. 02

    Pay

The patient follows the payment instructions provided by your clinic.

  3. 03

    Report

The patient reports that payment was sent and provides the requested information.

  4. 04

    Verify

Authorized clinic staff reviews the reported payment and verifies it.

  5. 05

    Confirm

The appointment is confirmed only after clinic verification.

PAYMENT STATUS

Payment reported ≠ payment verified.

A patient report tells your clinic that payment was sent. It does not mark the payment as verified or confirm the appointment. Clinic verification is the confirmation gate.

Patients pay your clinic directly. RevHatchly does not receive or hold clinic patient funds.

Workflow fit

A strong fit depends on workflow, not specialty.

The first cohort is intended for clinics with a real appointment-and-payment process that RevHatchly can test. Specialty matters less than how your clinic currently handles booking, payment, verification, and confirmation.

LIKELY A STRONG FIT

Your clinic has a workflow ready to test.

  • Uses scheduled appointments with payment before confirmation
  • Gives patients clinic-defined payment instructions
  • Tracks bookings, payments, and confirmed appointments
  • Accepts direct payment methods such as bank transfer, GCash, or Maya
  • Relies on staff to review and match reported payments
  • Experiences booking and payment back-and-forth
  • Has unpaid bookings that can hold appointment slots
  • Has a decision-maker and an operational point person
  • Is willing to use the workflow actively and share candid feedback
  • Can participate without major integration or customization work

This may include dermatology and aesthetics, psychology and wellness, women’s health, specialist clinics, and scheduled private practices.

PROBABLY NOT THE RIGHT FIT YET

The current Beta may be too early for your needs.

  • Operates primarily through walk-ins
  • Rarely uses deposits, prepayment, or payment before confirmation
  • Depends on an HMO- or insurance-heavy confirmation process
  • Has hospital, enterprise, or complex multi-branch requirements
  • Requires a complex EMR integration before testing can begin
  • Needs substantial custom development before using the core workflow
  • Has no staff capacity for payment review or operational feedback

These are not permanent exclusions. They indicate that the current Founding Beta may not be the most useful test environment for your organization.

How participation works

A controlled start, followed by real workflow use.

The six active weeks are designed to test the workflow in practice, gather feedback, and see whether it works well enough to continue.

  1. 01

    Set up together

We configure your clinic’s booking, availability, payment instructions, and verification workflow.

  2. 02

    Validate before launch

Your clinic completes a controlled end-to-end test to confirm that booking, payment reporting, verification, confirmation, recovery, and communications work as expected.

  3. 03

    Start with a controlled audience

Your clinic introduces appropriate real bookings gradually rather than replacing every existing booking channel at once.

  4. 04

    Use and learn

Staff use the workflow in day-to-day operations while questions, recurring issues, and product feedback are reviewed throughout the Beta.

  5. 05

    Review the outcome

At the end of the Beta, we review how the workflow performed and whether continuing makes operational sense for your clinic.

Clear product boundaries

Focused on appointment operations, not clinical care or fund handling.

RevHatchly coordinates the administrative workflow around booking, payment status, clinic review, and appointment confirmation. It keeps the clinic’s operational process organized while making the patient-facing steps clear.

01Not an EMR or EHR
RevHatchly does not replace clinical records or patient management systems.
02No clinical documentation
Diagnoses, treatment notes, medical records, and other clinical documentation are outside the current product scope.
03No fund custody
Patients pay your clinic directly. RevHatchly does not receive or hold clinic patient funds.
04No automatic payment verification
Your authorized staff remains responsible for reviewing and verifying reported payments before an appointment is confirmed.
05No hosted teleconsultation
RevHatchly can include a clinic-provided consultation link in appointment communications. The consultation itself remains on the clinic’s chosen platform.
06No bespoke-development promise
Feedback helps inform product priorities, but Beta participation does not guarantee that requested features or customizations will be built.

After the Beta

Continue only if the workflow proves useful.

After six weeks, your clinic can review how RevHatchly performed in real use. There is no obligation to continue.

If you choose to continue after the Beta, your existing RevHatchly setup can carry forward into paid use at the Founding Clinic rate.

Good to know

A few practical answers before you apply.

Is there a software fee during the six-week Beta?

No. There is no software subscription fee during the active six-week Beta. Participation is focused on testing the workflow with appropriate real use and sharing operational feedback. Paid continuation afterward is optional.

What kind of clinic is a strong fit?

A strong fit is an appointment-based clinic that uses deposits, prepayment, or payment before confirmation and has staff involved in reviewing payment. The clinic should have a real workflow to test, a reachable decision-maker, and an operational point person who can participate and provide feedback. Specialty is less important than workflow fit.

Do we need to change our payment provider or payment method?

Not necessarily. RevHatchly supports clinic-defined payment instructions for methods your clinic accepts, including manual methods such as bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. Patients pay your clinic directly; RevHatchly does not receive or hold the funds.

Does RevHatchly verify patient payments automatically?

No. A patient can report that payment was sent, but reporting does not verify payment or confirm the appointment. Authorized clinic staff reviews and verifies the reported payment. Confirmation follows only after clinic verification.

Do we need an EMR or other clinical-system integration?

No. RevHatchly is focused on the administrative workflow around appointments and payment status. It is not an EMR or EHR, and clinical documentation is outside the current product scope. Clinics requiring a complex clinical-system integration before testing may not be the right fit for this Beta.

How much participation is expected from our clinic?

Your clinic should be available for assisted setup, a controlled end-to-end launch test, appropriate real workflow use, and candid feedback. You will also need a decision-maker or operational contact and a staff member responsible for payment verification. The Beta does not require a fixed public meeting schedule.

What happens after the six weeks?

We review how the workflow performed and whether continuing makes operational sense for your clinic. There is no obligation to continue. If you choose to continue after the Beta, your existing RevHatchly setup can carry forward into paid use. The Founding Clinic continuation rate is ₱1,299/month per clinic/location for the first 12 months; the current planned Standard price is ₱1,899/month per clinic/location.

Does RevHatchly host teleconsultations?

No. RevHatchly can carry clinic-provided consultation details or a link forward after confirmation, where applicable. The actual visit remains on your clinic’s chosen platform.
